AT&T’s Galaxy S7 Active is finally getting Android 7.0 Nougat, too!

A myriad of handsets have been getting the update to Android 7.0 Nougat lately, and now AT&T’s Galaxy S7 Active is the latest device to join the party.

AT&T began rolling out the latest version of Android to the handset today. That means that everyone with a Galaxy S7 Active should see the update available on their phone over the coming weeks.

The carrier not that long ago rolled out the update for the Galaxy S7 Active and Galaxy S7 Edge, too.

It’s worth noting that you might want to be on a Wi-Fi connection for this particular update. Keep an eye out for it (build numberĀ NRD90M.G891AUCU2BQB2) as it comes in at a whopping 1.60GB.

In addition to getting the upgrade to Nougat, your Android security patch level should read February 1, 2017 after applying the update as well.

As we already mentioned, the update is rolling out as of today, so you should see it soon.
