The Motorola Shadow aka the Droid X, which is basically a Droid, sans-keyboard is set to launch in July with its “shadow BLUR” UI and Android 2.1. The more exciting news for you Droid 2 fans is that the phone is set to launch in August with Android 2.2!
Hopefully, this won’t be the first official Froyo phone, but with how the promises for 2.2 keep coming, it just may be!
