A new report coming by way of Android Authority shows off some leaked images that further confirm rumors of an alleged iris scanner on the upcoming Galaxy Note 7.

We’ve heard plenty of rumors surrounding the upcoming handset, particularly around an alleged Smart Glow feature, which is said to be a ring around the rear camera that will serve as a sort of notification hub.

As you can see in the image below, it’s beginning to look like the Note 7 will be one of the first handsets that will sport an iris scanner (take a look at the sensors by the earpiece).

In addition to that, we heard another rumor where the Galaxy Note 7 would exclusively come in a dual-edge display model. This image confirms that (look at the edges of the Note 7 panel), though it would be surprising for Samsung to not offer the traditional option for those who aren’t a fan of those edge features.

As far as actual specifications go, we’re expecting to see a 5.8-inch Quad HD dual-edge Super AMOLED display, 6GB of RAM and the improved 12-megapixel rear camera found in the Galaxy S7.

What would you like to see in the Galaxy Note 7?

I haven’t read whether the scanner will work for a user with glasses?
