No more free pizza on T-Mobile Tuesdays

Bad news: you guys ordered too many pizzas. After launching the T-Mobile Tuesdays app that offered T-Mobile customers some pretty great rewards, it appears that Domino’s wasn’t too happy with the amount of free pizzas that were given away with the promotion. We probably should have seen this coming after the app struggled to work on the first day.

So, to be clear, Domino’s is the one that wants to suspend the free promotion here, not T-Mobile. It’s disappointing, but understandable, so T-Mobile is swapping the pizza for a free Lyft ride worth up to $15. That won’t help any of us in an area that doesn’t have Lyft, but it’s hard to complain too much about free stuff.

So while you won’t get any free pizza this week, you can still get that free Lyft ride, a small Wendy’s Frosty, a single VUDU movie rental, and $20 to spend at MLB.com. Pizza or not, that’s still a pretty nice list of things you can get for free.

It seems likely that T-Mobile is going to continue rotating free promotions in and out, so keep your eyes out for something different that might get you interested in the coming months.
