LG shows off the G5’s UX 5.0 software in new video

LG posted a video to YouTube over the weekend, demonstrating all that the G5’s new UX 5.0 software can do.

In the video, LG is covering just about everything its new Android skin can do. One of the first things LG is showing off is the Friends Manager, which is an easy way to hook up things like the new LG 360 Cam to your new LG G5.

Another aspect the company is showing off is how improved the built-in camera is. For instance, to take a selfie, you don’t need to press any shutter buttons or use voice commands. With LG’s auto-shot, it knows¬†exactly when your posing for the shot and will automatically capture the image.

It’s a bit of a longer video and shows a lot of neat things LG is packing into its new G5. If you’re interested in pre-ordering the G5 before its April 1 launch, it’s definitely worth checking out:

The LG G5 really is an interesting device, and while some might gawk at its software, the modular design is a really innovative technology and worth checking out.

Would you buy the LG G5 over the Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge?
