Samsung is working on a S Pen cover case for regular Galaxy devices

Fan of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and its S Pen, but hate how big it is? Well, Samsung may just be working on the perfect case for you.

New reports of a Samsung filed patent are suggesting that Samsung is working on a S View cover case with built in S Pen slot. This would be perfect for people like myself who don’t want a gigantic Note phone, but would also kind of like having an S Pen. Of course, it may also take away some business from the Note line.

However, the Note would not be totally pointless and phased out if Samsung does make this case. It’s bigger, usually better internal specs, has the S Pen built in, and a better digitizer to recognize more precise S Pen movements. This S View case may have a more precise digitizer built-in, but the patent doesn’t mention anything to confirm.

Also, looking at the patent pictures it looks like the glass near the pen seems to curve down. Potentially turningĀ a regular phone into a Note Edge version?
