LG Ally owners out there that have been patiently waiting for a Froyo update might not have to wait much longer. Leaked documents have revealed that the update is ready to roll, although they do not specify as to when they may start being pushed.
Some owners may be wondering if there is a serving of Gingerbread on the horizon for the Ally. However, given the age of the device and not to mention the time it took to get Froyo ready, I would not count on a 2.3 update for the Ally. We’ll be on the lookout for a clear-cut release date for the update, so stay tuned.
