Rovio knows how to capitalize on an opportunity and make a few bucks. Mattel, the hugely popular toy manufacturer, is going to be taking Rovio’s Angry Birds from the digital realm and making it a board game for us to enjoy when we forget our smartphones and tablets at home while away on a fishing trip.
The game will be as easy as the software is, in the way one person simply tries to knock down their opponents bricks, layers and pigs to gain points. First person to 1000 points wins. Pretty simple hey? It’s expected to launch this May in stores, and will only cost you approximately $14.99. Fun!
