TegraZone Game Store Makes Finding Games for Tegra-Powered Android Phones Easy

To accompany the announcements of nVidia’s Tegra-powered phones, they have announced their own game store that will facilitate the purchase of games designed specifically to take advantage of the Tegra platform. They are currently courting Gameloft to distribute games through this store, called TegraZone, since they do not use the Android market either. By foregoing the market, nVidia will be able to distribute games that exceed Google’s 50MB limit, thus allowing for much more extensive games. As with many CES announcements, we do not have a concrete date for the introduction of this store, but nVidia plans to have 5-10 games available at launch.
