The memory card ships with the phone unformatted. All you have to do to fix the problem is go into the sd card settings and format the card and it will fix the issues. HTC is aware of this and is releasing an over the air update tomorrow to fix it. I work at Radioshack and we have known about the problem for about a week now. Before we can sell the phone we are required to update the phone for our customers. We have had a live demo of the EVO for about a week now in our store. Its A great phone, however it only has a TFT screen and not an ammoled like the nexus one and the incredible. Sitting next to my nexus one, my screen blows the EVO's screen away.
