You know that you’ve hit the mark with a product when you start seeing knockoffs being manufactured and sold, particularly with your branding on it! LOL.

Enter the “i9000 Mini” smartphone, or “mini Galaxy S”. It looks to be running Android 1.6, but the company says it will be rolling out Android 2.2 soon. Also hs a 5 megapixel camera, dual SIM support, 320×480 resolution (not AMOLED either) and 512MB ROM and RAM. Although this looks like a Galaxy S, it definitely not according to some users who have had the chance to get hands on. Retailing for $200 US, this may be a cheap solution to not signing a contact with your carrier to save a few bucks, but I think you’l end up hating the level of support or warranty (if any) you get with this product.

Considering this phone is less than half the price of most other phones who cares about a warranty. Buy 2 of these instead and save a few buck while your at it
