Many of you may remember back when the DroidX was launching, many were given away via a Twitter account that would tweet clues of the next giveaway location. The first person to arrive on the scene claimed a free DroidX. The Twitter account was @droidlanding, and it has laid dormant since early October…until today. Earlier today, the tweet appears:
Who wants a Droid? Tweet what makes you want a Droid & you could win your own. Begin Tweets#IWANTADROID. Follow @droidlanding to enter.
They have not stated yet whether or not a winner has been chosen, so it seems likely that it has not happened yet. And regardless, if that account is going active again, it seems likely that there will be many giveaways in the near future, so head on over to Twitter.com (or your Android client of choice) and follow @droidlanding right away!
