The ZTE-Penguin will cost 6,999 INR ($152 USD), and will sport some low end features such as 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen, Android 2.1, 600 MHz CPU, 3.2 megapixel camera, 2GB MicroSD card in box, swype, Wi-Fi, 802.11b/g, GPS and Bluetooth. It’s not packed, but it’s still a full deck of cards i guess.
