Next-generation Samsung Galaxy tablet to have SUPER AMOLED display

The folks at oled-display seem to have gotten their hands on pictures of next-generation Galaxy Tab from Samsung. This tablet will reportedly feature a new 7-inch SUPER AMOLED display, which was showcased at the FPD-International event.

The panel has a WXVGA 1200×600 Pixel 169 ppi with 16.7 M colors,250 cd/m² free viewing angels and >100% NTSC color space.
Samsung Mobile Display plans to sell this tablet in 2011.
