Dell’s upcoming Stage UI has been extracted and made available for all Android devices running Froyo with no root required. It seems a little extra tweaking is required to get it working in landscape mode, but portrait mode works just fine. You can hit up this thread over at XDA-Developers for instructions and a download link.
