In a post made on the Official Google Blog, Google has announced that Google Instant is now available on all Android 2.2 devices, as well as iPhones and iPods running iOS version 4.

Google Instant, as the name implies, produces instant search results as you type out your query. For example, if you type [anse] you will see [ansel adams], along with other predictions, and results for the first prediction will appear before you even press enter, and will continue to update as your query progresses.

If you’re using an Android 2.2 device, you should see a “turn on” link at the bottom of the search bar. To turn on instant, simply click the link at you should be able to experience Google Instant.

Continue after the break to see a video of Google Instant in action.
