Service on Republic Wireless may not be top-notch, but the cost of their plans certainly are. To go along with these awesome plans, they now have a pretty awesome phone. The company announced that the Moto X is now available on the carrier for $299 off-contract.

Does this phone theoretically work with Verizon’s network?

    • Nudo

      It’s the Sprint network.

    Hard to beat those prices!
Still seems like a tough model though, because i imagine that anyone who wants this monthly fees would likely have difficulty scrounging up $300.
Personally I’m a Nexus user, so $50 less for the phone, but my off-contract price is $60. I’d switch to them if it was possible for BYOD.

Total bullshit. Their service is just as good as Sprint only better because of WiFi.
