LG Etna Android Phone Spotted At German Trade Show

LG's first Android phone, the LG Etna, has been spotted at the IFA trade show in Germany. On display at the Vodafone booth, the LG Etna features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard similar to the HTC G1, and will include a 3-inch touchscreen display, and a 5 mega-pixel camera.

Back in June, LG's vice president of marketing strategy for mobile communications, Chang Ma, revealed that the company plans to launch 3 different LG Android phones during the course of 2009.

There's currently no further information available on the Etna handset or any possible pricing, but according to LG the Etna will be available in Germany "before Christmas".
