More proof of impending Moto Droid RAZR Ultra and Droid RAZR M Ultra, both appear on Cellebrite machine image


We now have more proof that the upcoming devices for Motorola, the Droid RAZR M Ultra and Droid RAZR Ultra actually exist. Both devices have appeared on a snapshot of the screen of a Cellebrite machine, which is used to transfer information, such as contacts and media, between devices. Although this doesn’t mean the phones are going to be released any day now, it does mean that they will be coming soon.

The Droid RAZR Ultra is rumored ot sport a 5 inch screen with resolution of 1080 x 1920 and 2GB of RAM, while the Droid RAZR M Ultra is believed to offer a smaller 4.3 inch display.

As seen below, the device in between the new RAZR devices is an unnamed phone, with a model number of “XT1060.” This is expected to be the famed Moto X phone, equipped with high-powered sensors that will make the device smarter than any other.
