Sprint Epic 4G software update halted due to “administrative issues”

by Tyler Cunningham

Remember yesterday when we told you that Sprint was rolling out their scheduled Epic 4G software update to solve the 3G upload woes users have been reporting? Well, Sprint apparently wants to make us look silly, so they’re taking it back.

It appears that Sprint has a bad case of the “administrative issues”… wait, what? We’re not entirely sure what kind of “administrative issues” would prevent Sprint from rolling out an update that customers have been screaming their heads off for (and rightfully so) for weeks. The worst part? They have issued no timeline for when the update will actually hit the airwaves.

Cue collective facepalm.
