The HTC Aria, a mobile phone which HTC have dubbed ‘a poket sized dynamo which packs a punch’, is going to be unleashed on Australia very soon. HTC made this announcement today via a press release.

The HTC Aria is an entry level device that can be seen as being very similar to the Wildfire. It has a 5 megapixel camera, a 4.3-inch HVGA display, and comes with Android 2.1. Find out more from the Aria’s dedicated page here at TalkAndroid by clicking here.

The Aria will be available from mid-October exclusively from Optus. Optus customers can purchase the HTC Aria for $0 upfront on the $49 Optus Cap.

I disagree with the analogy. The Aria is closer to the Legend than the Wildfire. The Wildfire has a lower resolution.
