CyanogenMod 6.1 to support new phones

The developers of CyanogenMod, the popular Android custom ROM, have announced they are adding support for several new devices with CM 6.1.  So far, the Acer Liquid, HTC Wildfire and Samsung Vibrant have been confirmed, and they are hopeful for support for several additional devices, including the HTC G2.

There isn’t a timeline as of yet for a CM 6.1 release date, but you can keep up to date with all of the CyanogenMod happenings by hitting up the source link below.
