HTC, manufacturer of many of the Android devices we have all come to know and love, is becoming increasingly popular. According to Peter Chou, CEO of HTC, brand recognition for the company has increased by more than 300% since they launched their “Quietly Brilliant” campaign in 2009, showing the UK as an example with an increase in brand recognition from 6% to 46%.

HTC’s more recent endeavors have included the HTC EVO 4G on Sprint, as well as a new HTCSense.com that will allow HTC owners to manage their phone experience via the web. For example, a user could login and set their phone to ring loudly, even if the device is on silent, or even flag the device’s location. New security includes being able to remotely wipe the device, as well as forwarding calls and texts if the phone is lost or stolen.

HTC is also in the final stages of introducing their new UI overlay of HTC Sense.
