US Cellular has announced availability for the Samsung Galaxy Note II, alerting customers that the device would make its debut this Friday, October 26th. Customers can continue to pre-order through Thursday, and orders will begin shipping as early as tomorrow. This lines up nicely with Sprint’s launch which kicks off in just a few short hours. Pricing is slated at $299 with a new two-year commitment, mirroring the cost of both the AT&T, Sprint and Verizon models.
In terms of hardware, the US Cellular variant of the Galaxy Note II remains identical to its cross-network counterparts. This ultimately means you get the same 1.6GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display (1,280 x 720 pixels), 8-megapixel rear camera and 3,100mAh battery all running atop Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
