Despite recent rumors that the device has been canceled, Samsung appears to still have plans in place to release a 64GB version of the Samsung Galaxy S III before the end of 2012. According to a Samsung spokesperson, “the 64GB model of the GALAXY S III will be available during the second half of this year. The market availability and timing may vary and will be determined at the time of release.” Readers may note from the statement the lack of commitment to releasing the phone in all markets.
