The clip is pretty grainy, but it sure does look like the gentleman is using a Samsung Galaxy Tab.  With a formal announcement coming soon, it’s not too surprising to see people are slowly getting their hands on them, whether they are developers or journalists or what have you.  Check out the video below, and let us know what you think.
