Is it me or is it becoming obvious that HTC plans to unveil new smartphones during their upcoming September 15th event in London? Two new HTC smartphones have appeared on mobiles.co.uk showcasing the names HTC Desire Z and Desire HD. All indications lead us toward a launch sometime in September. It would make sense, now wouldn’t it?
The posting on the website displayed that the HTC Desire HD will run Android 2.2, showcase a 4.3 inch display, and a 1GHz processor. Familiar? That’s because I posted an article just two days ago regarding the HTC Ace, the codename for the HTC Desire HD.
The Desire Z will sport a 3.7inch display and come with a full slide out QWERTY keyboard. Sources indicate that this phone may only run Android 2.1.
I would love to get my hands on the Desire HD. With that beautiful 4.3 inch display and having almost identical specs to the Nexus One, I am officially a fan.
