The Samsung Galaxy Tab is one of the most hyped tablets to date, and everyone wants one. The European firmware for the Tab has been leaked, and it shows some interesting things about the device. First of all, it says that the Galaxy S device will have camera resolutions of 2048×1536 in the rear, and 240×320 up front. Furthermore, the European model will have a screen resolution of 800×480, but we have evidence from Samsung that proves otherwise, so this will most likely change to 1024×600.
Seeing as it is a Galaxy S device, it will run on a 1GHz Hummingbird processor. It will also come with Swype, although I can’t Swype very well in landscape mode on my Incredible, so I would like to see someone Swype on a tablet. It is unknown whether or not the device will have a Super AMOLED screen. Boy, I hope so.
