Orange UK To Get HTC Hero Exclusive?

orange htc heroAccording to reports from the UK based website Mobile Today, Orange UK have apparently won the exclusivity for the upcoming HTC Hero handset.

The HTC Hero will feature HSDPA connectivity, bluetooth, a 3-mega-pixel camera, and more importantly a custom built HTC user interface.

The HTC Hero is scheduled for an August launch in the US, with a UK release date currently unknown.

If true, the HTC Hero will be the Orange network's first Android powered handset.

    Just to be clear, this is of course an exclusivity in the UK only.
    The Hero will appear in other countries, with other operators.
