Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 gets retooled with quad-core and new S Pen slot

Samsung did it last year and looks like history is repeating itself. If you remember, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab 10.1 at Mobile World Congress only to redesign it before actually releasing it. Now it’s happening with the Galaxy Note 10.1. This time it’s not all in the design as they switched out processors, and now opting for the quad-core Exynos. Remember this has been rumored for some time now. Also, in a design change, they added in a slot for the S Pen, which should have been there to begin with. The S Pen itself is going to be a little slimmer, but they will offer S Pen holder kits if you need a little more girth.

We’re still hoping for a June release. Now that the Galaxy Note 10.1 is beefier, are you more excited about it now?
