More evidence involving a possible T-Mobile Galaxy Note surfaces

Just a couple of days ago we showed you a leaked user agent string for the Samsung SGH-T879. Immediately the speculation was that it could be the Galaxy Note for T-Mobile. Now we present you with exhibit B: leaked Android build screenshots. Supposedly they’re taken off a T-Mobile Galaxy Note. As you can see the model number is the same, but that alone isn’t enough evidence.

As TmoNews points out, the leaked ICS build for the AT&T Galaxy Note is the same build number (IML74K.144) and the build servers and time stamp match up with Samsung’s official build information. Official Samsung builds have build numbers suffixed with the baseband version instead of a decimal number. This pattern exists with other official ROMs from the Vibrant, the Galaxy S 4G, the Galaxy S Blaze 4G, and the Galaxy S II. Of course it doesn’t hurt that the images are scaled down from 1280 x 800 and it looks like the TouchWiz interface from Android 4.X.

So there you have it. None of this means that we will definitely see the Galaxy Note on T-Mobile, but it’s always nice to have a second piece of evidence. I sense Exhibit C isn’t far. Stay tuned.
