		<description>Dream and Magic use AWS for 3G -- that is 1700/2100 MHz. Rogers has acquired a 20 MHz chunk of that across all areas of Canada. They paid a BILLION DOLLARS for it. Wouldn&#039;t make much sense to pay that kind of $$ without intention of using it, would it?</description>
